			Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?No, you are not required to make your property available to section 8.
- 
			Are you licensed?Yes, Legacy Property Management has a licensed real estate broker on staff.

			Can I reach you after hours?Yes, The After-Hours number is 336-228-7546.
- 
			Can you put the money directly into my account?Yes, we will put your income directly into your account through our Owner Portal in our Property Management Software.

			Do I get to see the lease or sign it?You may review the lease but we will be your authorized representative and will sign on your behalf.
- 
			Do you sell real estate too?Yes, we are a full service real estate company.
- 
			How and when do I get my checks?Your Owner account is paid on the 11th of every month, and the funds are ACH's into your bank account via our property management software.
- 
			How is rent collection handled?Tenants pay rent directly to Legacy Property Management via their tenant portal. Tenants may also pay rent via money order or certified check.

			How long of a lease do you sign?Most leases are a 12 month lease. If an owner approves a longer lease then we will honor what the owner wants to do.

			How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?The tenants security deposit is equal to 1 months rent.

			How soon can you start managing my property?We can start managing your property as soon as the owner has signed the management agreement and completed the associated house keeping documents.

			What type of properties do you manage?We manage single family homes, multifamily homes, commercial properties, and HOA's.

			What type of reports do I get and how often?An owner statement is available in your owner portal on the 11th of every month.
- 
			Who holds the tenant security deposit?Legacy Property Management holds all deposits.
